Who can participate in the competition?
The competition is open to amateur and professional photographers who have reached the age of majority (18 years old).
How do I submit my works?
Participants must complete the entry process via the official website, fill in the application form (required fields), upload photographs according to the technical requirements, and click the SUBMIT button.
How many photographs may I submit?
Each participant may submit up to 4 works in each section.
May I submit the same work in several sections?
No. In case of duplicate submission, both entries will be removed from the competition.
Are there any restrictions on the date the photograph was taken?
No.
What are the technical requirements for images?
All
technical requirements are stated in the RULES of the current competition.
Are logos, borders, or watermarks allowed?
No. Photographs containing any of the above additions will be removed from the competition.
Are there any camera requirements?
Yes. Photographs must be taken with a professional camera in accordance with technical standards. Images created using tablets, mobile phones, or similar devices will be removed from the competition.
Is the use of Artificial Intelligence allowed in editing?
No. The use of Artificial Intelligence in any form is not permitted.
Is it necessary to keep RAW files?
Yes. In case of disputes or verification, the organizers may request the RAW file.
Is EXIF data required?
Yes. EXIF data is mandatory.
What should I do if I encounter technical problems during upload?
If you experience upload issues, you may contact technical support HERE.
May I edit or replace my work after submission?
Yes. Editing and replacing submitted works is available in your personal account until the closing date of the competition.
May I upload the same work in both color and monochrome?
No. The same work may not be entered twice within the same salon. In such cases, both entries will be removed from the competition.
What happens if competition rules are violated?
The participant’s works will be removed from the competition. Any awarded prize will be withdrawn, regardless of whether the results have already been officially announced.
May I submit photographs that have previously participated in other competitions?
Yes. You may submit any photographs, regardless of whether they have been entered in other competitions before.
Are model releases required for submitted photographs?
Model releases are not required by the organizers. Full responsibility for the public presentation of any submitted photographs lies with the photographer.
How can I check that my photographs were successfully uploaded?
Upload
and payment status can be checked in the Status section of the current
competition.
How are the works judged?
Works are evaluated by an international jury in a closed judging process, without revealing the author’s name, ensuring objectivity and independence of assessment.
